Textos inglês britânico vs americano+use/used to

Introdução ao inglês:

                                                Boa tarde,
      Hoje ,antes de começarmos a falar dos textos em inglês propriamente dito ,vamos falar das principais diferenças entre o inglês britânico e o americano,porque vamos estar trazendo alguns textos em britânico,então eu trouxe um texto nos dois idiomas ,você perceberá que gramaticalmente a diferença é pequena ,mas que se levarmos em conta a pronúncia ,existem várias .Esse texto acaba trabalhando também com o Used to = Costumava.
   British english:

  Our lifestyles have changed a lot thanks to computers, the internet and mobile phones.

People used to look for information in reference books such as encyclopedias, but now

They use the internet.They used to write letters and communication used to take days

or weeks ,but now they send e-mails or text messages  and communication is instant.

20 years ago,people  did not  use to have mobile phones ,they  used to landlines or phone-

boxes .It is true  that coommunication is easier and faster now,but people use to spend

     Como vocês puderam perceber com relação a gramática  ,existem poucas diferenças no inglês britânico celular é chamado de mobile phone ou telefone móvel,já no americano é chamado cell-phone.
